The hotel is located in a stunning area, just a few meters from a valley and a park. the nearby restaurant we dined at was very clean, offering delicious French dishes. - the rooms were exceptionally clean and equipped with a bath.

Good restaurant and staff were excellent
The room was small and the shower room was difficult to use. The access was up a very steep and spiral staircase to our room and would prove difficult to anyone less than agile. However they are doing quite a lot of refurbishments and am sure that once done the accommodatikon will improve.

Staff very helpful and restaurant food was good value
Our room which was at the top of approximately 40 narrow stairs in the attic with very little room or noise insulation

The place was fairly clean and staff was lovely. It was cool, exceptionally comfortable, and with a bath. the location was marvellous and stunning, a 10-15 minute walk from Eglise Notre Dame. We truly enjoyed a pleasant restaurant.

I truly enjoyed its genuinely helpful and welcoming employees.
the service at this old-fashioned hotel was superb. the room was immaculately clean and well-equipped, there was a lovely bathroom. location: the property was so close to beautiful richelieu, the beautiful park and walks round the town, and the square of the " ideal cite " built by cardinal richelieu. moreover, it was steps away from musee de richelieu. fine dishes were served at the attached restaurant.

The food was good. Nice location.
Access to our attic room was via a narrow staircase. I would hate to think how we would get out if there was a fire. The hotel room was in need of redecoration.

Richelieu is a very interestibng place, historically and is well worth a visit.
We did not like having to carry our luggage up 44 winding steps, but it was worth it for the view of the square!

We have stayed here before. Richelieu is a very pretty town, worth exploring. The hotel is a lovely old building and the food is very good.
